Fingerpaint Market Access (Blackpoint) is hiring a Consulting Manager to lead client delivery for formulary validation and rebate analytics. This role drives strategic client leadership, translation of contract language into testable rules, and scalable QA and automation collaboration with product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Market Access, PBM, or formulary operations with rebate/formulary focus.
• Ability to interpret contract language and map to system rules.
• Excel proficiency required; SQL or Python data manipulation is a plus.
• Strong multi-client project management and executive communication.
• Consulting mindset with structured problem solving and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement delivery for multiple clients, scope, milestones, risks, and final findings.
• Translate contractual/formulary language into testable validation rules.
• Direct Payer/PBM formulary processing and track changes to tiering.
• Mentor Analysts, ensure audit trails and SOP compliance.
• Lead rebate validation and support quarterly invoicing cycles.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on automation and QA.
• Manage 3–5 consultants, overseeing workload and development.
