Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking a seasoned Consulting, Contracting Manager to lead complex Market Access and payer contracting initiatives for premier pharmaceutical clients. You will shape commercial strategies, draft agreements, and guide negotiations across multiple manufacturers and therapeutic areas.

The role emphasizes autonomy, client advisory excellence, and leadership within a collaborative consulting team, with travel as required to support engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience within pharmaceutical commercial contracting, Market Access, payer strategy, or related consulting environments.
• Deep expertise across Market Access agreements and pharmaceutical contracting.
• Experience supporting Payers, PBMs, Managed Care, Government programs, Channel agreements and Manufacturer contracting strategies.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Understanding of Government Pricing, Gross-to-Net and Commercial reimbursement structures.
• Autonomous work style with proactive client guidance and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in preparation, negotiation, and optimisation of Market Access agreements.
• Advising clients on commercial agreement strategy throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Reviewing, assessing and negotiating Market Access and commercial agreements.
• Developing contract language and recommendations aligning with commercial objectives.
• Guiding contracting strategy, governance and operational improvements.
• Providing guidance on pricing implications and downstream business impact.
• Maintaining contracting tools, trackers, and engagement documentation.
• Delivering projects within budgets, timelines and quality expectations.
• Coaching and mentoring team members on project delivery.
