Job summary

Blue Matter, a rapidly growing management consultancy focused on biopharma, seeks a Manager to lead cross-functional projects in product commercialization, launch strategy, portfolio and organizational strategy. You will collaborate with senior internal and client teams to deliver innovative, actionable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in life sciences consulting or biopharma, expert US market access knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in new product commercialization, product launch, product strategy, and organizational strategy and excellence.
• Experience building US market access strategies including Coverage, Coding, Payment and Pricing.
• Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies across payer segments (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Markets).

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams delivering cross-functional projects across product commercialization, launch, strategy and organizational excellence.
• Support project leadership in developing objectives and project plans.
• Identify tasks, assign to team members, ensure timely completion.
• Design, execute, and synthesize primary and secondary research efforts.
• Identify insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats for corporate and commercial strategies.
• Engage senior-level clients regularly.
• Recruit, develop and manage top talent.
• Identify business opportunities and support new business acquisition.
