Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 4+ years (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior) in systems engineering, requirements management, or verification on complex hardware.
• Proficient with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Cameo, Teamcenter).
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle, including decomposition, interfaces, traceability, and change control.
• Experience with VCRMs, DVP&Rs or equivalent verification docs.
• Must be a U.S. Person with ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the requirements database within Arsenal OS with unique identifiers.
• Maintain full bidirectional traceability from customer specs to components.
• Define verification methods for each requirement in a VCRM.
• Manage changes to the requirements baseline through formal change control.
• Approve content and release of system/subsystem requirements specs for Maritime programs.
• Represent requirements in SRR/SDR/PDR/CDR/TRR reviews and program forums.
• Approve Maritime Heavy Metal procedures for requirements management.
• Interface between design, test, manufacturing, quality, and program management.
