Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Test Engineer to join our Maritime team. You will lead testing across surface platforms, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineers to ensure subsystem integration, test planning, and mission readiness.

The role involves field tests, data analysis, and producing detailed test reports for customer and internal use. The position requires 5+ years in systems engineering and test, experience with TRRs and test documentation, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration and test.
• Experience generating TRRs, Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test Reports.
• Familiarity with mechanical, software, electrical engineering and control theory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of subsystems (sensors, navigation, propulsion, comms, autonomy) into surface platform.
• Develop, review and execute comprehensive test plans for development, integration and acceptance testing.
• Build and maintain test and evaluation programs meeting government standards.
