Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a versatile Test & Evaluation Engineer to own the hardware test lifecycle from requirements ingestion to floor‑test execution and field evaluations.

You will define test plans, build rigs, instrument systems, and execute testing across simulation platforms and maritime/unmanned assets, interfacing with suppliers and program leadership. This role offers growth into leadership within SEIT.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field related to mechanical, aerospace, electrical, systems, marine, or mechatronics.
• 3–7+ years in test engineering, integration and evaluation of complex systems.
• Hands‑on with instrumentation, sensors, wiring, and data acquisition tools.
• U.S. Person with ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest requirements and develop test plans and verification artifacts.
• Own HITL architectures and execute tests across major assets.
• Design and supervise hydrostatic and pressure tests for subsea hardware.
• Design/test fixtures and integrate test rigs, sensors, and DAQ equipment.
• Lead floor and field execution, environmental validation and troubleshooting.
• Acquire and analyze data to compare against performance targets.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams on test activities.
• Mentor engineers and scale the test and evaluation team.
