Hornbeck Offshore is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator in Covington, LA to support fleet and shoreside recruitment efforts. You will coordinate New Hire Orientation, arrange travel, and assist with onboarding in Workday while maintaining PPE inventory and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in related fields, maritime awareness, and the ability to collaborate with recruiters and vendors. This is an on-site position with standard business hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• 2+ years in recruiting, office admin, event planning, or logistics.
• Maritime experience preferred; Workday Recruiter experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and prepare presentation materials.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for new hires with designated vendor.
• Develop training plans and track onboarding in Workday.
• Maintain PPE inventory and replenishment; ensure accurate records.
• Support Recruiting Coordinator and compliance activities, including documentation.
