Job summary

BrandSafway is hiring a Coordinator, Hiring Center to support onboarding and recruitment across Louisiana. You will handle applications, I-9 verification, documentation, and pre-employment steps for multiple sites, ensuring a smooth, compliant process.

The role emphasizes customer-friendly onboarding, accurate records, and collaboration with hiring managers and teams. On-site, full-time schedule with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume onboarding and recruiting support preferred.
• Familiarity with I-9 verification and onboarding processes preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Oil and gas, industrial staffing, or related experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to learn HR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume onboarding and hiring activities for multiple Louisiana job sites.
• Assist applicants with onboarding, including applications, I-9 verification, and pre-employment requirements.
• Manage fluctuating onboarding volumes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and site onboarding requirements.
• Communicate with applicants, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring.
• Resolve routine onboarding issues independently while escalating complex matters.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support hiring needs across approximately 30 Louisiana sites.
