Qualifications

• 8+ years manufacturing engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record scaling hardware to high-rate production.
• Strong background in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, or precision machining.
• Experience with MES and PDM software.
• Clear problem-solving using first principles under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and planners to meet goals.
• Define and execute manufacturing roadmap and qualification strategies for rapid transition to production.
• Direct creation of manufacturing plans, optimize routings in the MES, translate drawings to shop-floor instructions.
• Own MBOM strategy and configuration tracking from EBOM.
• Lead DFX producibility assessments with design engineering to optimize cost, quality, scalability.
• Drive root-cause analysis, statistical validations, and yield optimization.
• Interface across Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Tooling, and Operations to manage schedules, resources, and budgets.
