Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing planning or production control in hardware/manufacturing.
- NP I environment experience transitioning complex products to high-rate production.
- Experience creating MBOMs, routings, translating EBOM to MBOM.
- Hands-on MES and PDM software experience.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and specs.
- Proven track record meeting tight delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Direct creation and maintenance of manufacturing plans and MES routings.
- Manage MBOM and as-built configuration to ensure accuracy across products.
- Set build sequences, monitor order flow, and support ramp-up.
- Coordinate engineering changes impacting routings and schedules.
- Serve as interface between design, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
