Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process transportation job requests via phone, email, portals, or internal systems.
• Coordinate dispatch of drivers based on real-time factors and customer needs.
• Monitor queues, workflows, and driver status; escalate issues as needed.
• Submit PODs to customers and follow up on vessel/launch documentation.
