Job summary

MACS Transport & Security in Baltimore is seeking a part-time Transportation Driver to safely operate company vehicles, transporting maritime crew, passengers, luggage, and related items between vessels, ports, airports, hotels, and other assigned locations. You will maintain vehicle readiness, prepare logs, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time, compliant service delivery.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, TWIC within 30 days of hire, a high school diploma or GED, and proven

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, maritime, logistics desirable.
TWIC Card must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already obtained.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; auto insurance in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport maritime crew, luggage, and items between ports, ports, and terminals.
Plan routes and evaluate driving conditions to ensure timely deliveries.
Submit accurate trip logs, manifests, and delivery reports with crew names and signatures.
Maintain vehicle readiness and report safety concerns or maintenance needs promptly.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and management to ensure service quality.
