• 3+ Years’ experience in dispatching and/or in field service coordination.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling calls and emails promptly to meet daily service requirements.
• Call agents to check vessel schedules and verify customer credit as needed.
• Generate service call IDs and communicate job progress and completion reports to customers.
