Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, motivates and leads technicians.
• Dispatch and schedule field technicians, shifting resources quickly for emergencies.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily field functions, manage quotes, and track labor/parts entries.
• Review injury reports, lead safety talks, and reinforce safety policies.
