Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience in military/maritime/industrial tech.
• Self-starter with track record of achieving in multiple domains and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration across business, engineering, and sustainment functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electromechanical issues with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance and relocate to Quincy, MA; ability to travel and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Support product operations by triaging and resolving technical incidents across the global Maritime fleet.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering to translate field telemetry into system upgrades.
• Analyze fleet health data to predict and prevent failures using data-driven tools.
• Serve as translator between engineering, business stakeholders, and military operators.
• Create scalable sustainment processes to support fleet growth worldwide.
