Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Operations Technical Specialist for Maritime to ensure reliability and readiness of autonomous undersea systems. You will support end users by refining failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution processes across the Maritime fleet.

You will help identify failure modes for root-cause analysis, deploy fixes, and manage incident lifecycles with a strong problem-solving mindset. Quincy, MA-based with U.S. security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
• Self-starter with a record of high achievement in multiple domains.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex, unstructured technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across various business, engineering, and sustainment functions, influencing decision-making, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance, and based in (or willing to relocate to) the Quincy, MA.
• Travel as needed to support customer operations and test events; willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the Maritime fleet.
• Translate real-world telemetry and failure data into permanent system upgrades and design improvements.
• Analyze fleet health data to predict and prevent failures.
• Bridge the gap between engineering teams, business development, and military operators.
• Provide exceptional technical support for global users during high-priority incidents.
• Help build standardized sustainment playbooks for fleet-wide operations.
