Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quincy, MA is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist for Maritime to ensure reliability and readiness of autonomous undersea systems. This role involves supporting end users, improving failure handling, and coordinating with field operations to maintain readiness.

You will drive fleet reliability with engineering, analyze telemetry data, and help build scalable sustainment processes as the maritime fleet grows globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field or equivalent hands‑on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
• Self-starter with a record of high achievement across multiple domains.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams through complex technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across business, engineering and sustainment functions.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance; based in Quincy, MA.
• Willingness to travel and work non‑standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Operations: triage, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents across the global Maritime fleet.
• Drive Fleet Reliability: collaborate with software and hardware teams to translate telemetry into upgrades and design improvements.
• Analyze System Telemetry: oversee fleet health data collection and analysis to predict failures.
• Bridge the Gap: translate between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and military operators.
• Customer & Mission Support: provide exceptional technical support and drive rapid incident resolution.
• Help Build the Playbook: standardize and scale sustainment operations for fleet growth.
