Job summary

Anduril Industries’ Maritime team is building autonomous undersea platforms and sensing networks. The Product Operations Technical Specialist will ensure reliability, readiness, and rapid incident response for the Maritime fleet, collaborating with engineering, program management, and field operations.

The role requires a technical degree or military/industrial experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance, based in Quincy, MA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
• Self-driven with a track record of high achievement in multiple domains.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguous situations and lead teams.
• Technical communication and collaboration across business, engineering, and sustainment functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Operations by triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents across the Maritime fleet.
• Drive fleet reliability by partnering with software and hardware engineering to implement design improvements.
• Analyze fleet telemetry to predict and prevent failures using data-driven tools.
• Bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, business development, and military operators.
• Provide exceptional technical support for global users and manage incident communications.
• Help build scalable sustainment playbooks to support fleet growth worldwide.
