Job summary

Integer Technologies, an applied research and product development company, seeks a Maritime Autonomous Systems Engineer to drive sensor integration, data analysis, and real-time decision support for uncrewed maritime platforms. You will extract mission-critical data from dense sensor outputs and optimize edge processing using signal processing techniques.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
2–5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with signal processing and data reduction.
Maritime sensor integration (acoustics, magnetic, positioning).
Background in mathematics and robotic algorithms (linear algebra, trig, Bayesian stats, Kalman Filters).
Experience with Python, C++, Matlab.

Responsibilities

Lead maritime sensor integration and advanced data analysis for uncrewed surface and underwater vessels.
Apply signal processing and data reduction techniques to optimize edge processing of dense datasets.
Contribute to industry-academia research on maritime autonomous systems.
Engage with partners to elicit project requirements and understand user needs.
Document findings clearly for non-experts.
