The role involves building lightweight inference pipelines, experimenting with CV and sensor-fusion models, and delivering robust AI solutions for challenging field conditions. You will collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Vision, ML, Robotics, or related field; Bachelor’s considered case by case.
• 4+ years of experience deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and DL frameworks PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with edge/embedded ML deployments and hardware-aware optimization.
• Familiarity with cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning, and monitoring.
• Strong debugging and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate models for object detection, anomaly detection, and sensor-based inference.
• Optimize architectures and inference pipelines for embedded/edge hardware under constraints.
• Contribute to dataset development, augmentation, synthetic data, and domain adaptation.
• Prototype across CV, signal processing, and multi-modal fusion.
• Implement real-time pipelines for on-device and cloud processing.
• Develop benchmarking, visualization, and debugging tools for ML performance.
• Stay current with research and apply findings to the product roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
• Must be eligible to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
