Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps. Bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements, support field tests, and coordinate with engineering and BD teams.

The role involves travel up to 50% and a 100% remote option depending on location. A SECRET clearance and US citizenship are required, with strong emphasis on RF, networking, and test automation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field; 2–5 years in systems engineering/defense tech.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing protocols, or tactical comms systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.

Mansioni

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Support planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Align with BD to meet strategic priorities.
• Build and present technical demonstrations for expeditionary networks.
• Review proposals and contribute to RFI/RFP responses.
• Conduct market research for integrations with partners.
• Engage with MARCORSYSCOM, MCWL, PEO Land, and naval centers.
• Gather field feedback to inform product roadmap inputs.
• Travel up to 50–50% for field tests and customer meetings.
