Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial insurance; marine or specialty lines exposure preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to synthesize underwriting data.
• Professional communication skills for broker interaction and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze underwriting data (loss runs, financials, vessel inventories).
• Serve as a contact for brokers and agents for servicing accounts.
• Structure tailored coverage solutions and price recommendations based on risk.
• Prepare billing, issue policies, endorsements, and correspondence with accurate terms.
• Maintain data integrity in underwriting and policy systems for compliance.
• Contribute to projects to improve marine underwriting workflows and tools.
