Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Recreational Marine Customer Service Representative to support Global Marine Insurance clients. You will manage policy servicing, answer questions, and assist brokers with website issues and account maintenance.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a P&C license, and excellent communication. You will handle endorsements, renewals, payments, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years customer experience
• P&C license required for this position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls from clients/brokers and place outbound follow-up calls
• Process endorsements, diary information, renewals and new business
• Handle payments and follow up on past-due accounts
• Perform account maintenance activities and respond to client questions regarding coverage
• Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
• Answer questions about product details and company policies
