Responsibilities

• Document customer concerns and maintenance requests; open and maintain repair orders.
• Prepare and explain estimates; obtain customer approvals and provide updates on repairs and costs.
• Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, priorities, and technician assignments.
• Monitor work in progress and coordinate with technicians and parts team to avoid delays.
• Coordinate boat intake, pickup, delivery, and yard movements with the team.
• Review completed orders and assist with invoices, payments, and warranty records.
