Responsibilities

• Opens and manages repair orders and communicates estimates, authorizations, and service updates to customers.
• Coordinates service scheduling and technician workflow.
• Identifies, sources, orders, receives, and tracks marine parts and accessories.
• Manages parts inventory, stocking levels, special orders, and inventory accuracy.
• Assists customers with parts identification, counter sales, and special-order requests.
