Doug Russell Marine is seeking a Marine/Automotive/RV Service Advisor in Worcester, MA. The role coordinates service work for boats and watercraft, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time year-round employment.

The ideal candidate has experience in marine, automotive, or RV service writing or advisory roles, enjoys boating, and demonstrates strong communication, organization and customer-relations skills.

• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Provide updates on the status of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
