Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in the Pacific Northwest (Portland/Seattle, WA) is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to grow an existing territory. The role requires travel to territory customers and participation in regional boat shows.

You will call on accounts, manage product and marketing programs, forecast sales, and support dealer networks to maximize market share. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 100% commission compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the marine industry.
• PC proficiency with Microsoft programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing accounts and establish new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Sell, manage, and implement product and marketing programs; forecast sales.
• Provide product knowledge and marketing strategies to customers.
• Support dealer and distributor sales to maximize market share in territory.
• Travel for sales calls and attend regional boat shows as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date information on dealer accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle customer complaints with minimal management intervention.
