Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Science or related discipline.
• 2 years of work experience required.
• Knowledge of project management, estimating, scheduling, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Works with Project Management Team to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Monitors costs for materials, services, labor and other costs.
• Develops bid packages for subcontractors.
• Procures subcontractors, materials, and services.
• Interprets project plans and specifications.
• Schedules project work activities to meet timelines.
• Ensures safe work environment and compliance with safety policies.
