Working across Business Development, Estimating, and Operations, the Analyst combines public and private project research, CRM data, competitor intelligence, win/loss trends, estimating accuracy, project outcomes, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in market intelligence, business development operations, research, analytics, CRM administration, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience using CRM, reporting, and workflow tools; Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate preferred
• Experience in construction, engineering, utilities, industrial markets, environmental consulting, public infrastructure, or another project-based industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify early-stage opportunities, evaluate fit with markets and capabilities, and turn market, pipeline, and project-performance data into actionable business intelligence
• Maintain reliable CRM information and support reporting, process improvement, automation, and practical AI tools to improve how Ballard identifies and develops opportunities
