You will work with Business Development, Estimating, and Operations to strengthen lead scoring and resource allocation.

You will maintain reliable CRM information, support reporting improvements, and help develop AI-assisted research tools to optimize opportunity identification and pursuit strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, critical-thinking, and business-judgment skills.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and translate complex findings into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify early-stage opportunities by researching long-lead indicators and industry activity.
• Evaluate leads for alignment with Ballard’s markets, capabilities, and risk profile; advise next actions.
• Maintain accurate lead data in Dynamics 365 and support reporting, automation, and AI-assisted research.
