Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Service Account Manager for Marine Lifecycle Services, ideally based in Gorinchem or Rotterdam. You will drive Lifecycle Services sales in the EMEA marine market, building relationships with shipowners, OEMs, and repair yards while translating technical challenges into commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with sales, service and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, expand spare parts, maintenance and retrofit offerings, and act as a trusted

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Technical understanding of Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) or related electrification technologies.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and ability to translate technical challenges into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Lifecycle Services across the EMEA Marine market, identifying customer needs and developing opportunities from initial contact through to closing
• Build strong relationships with shipowners, operators, OEMs, system integrators, and repair yards to improve reliability and asset performance
• Develop opportunities for services including spare parts, maintenance, service agreements, overhauls, retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects
• Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and identify service opportunities throughout the customer journey
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and an ambassador for Lifecycle Services, feeding market insights into growth initiatives
