Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of Commercial HVAC service industry experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally as required by business needs.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a network of end customers.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and internal/external parties for project management and sales.
• Prepare service contracts for new and existing customers and submit for approval by Service Manager/Managing Director.
• Signal complaints and bottlenecks and drive improvement actions.
• Prepare quotations, proactive and reactive.
• Research on board ships to identify efficiency opportunities and provide advice to customers.
• Forecast monthly sales and draw up business plans.
• Visit key accounts and potential accounts.
