Job summary

Honda Marine seeks a field-based specialist to deliver technical service support and education to marine dealers. You will travel to dealers, educate personnel on policies and products, and help improve dealer service efforts to boost customer satisfaction.

You will retrieve marketplace information, support Techline, and act as the primary liaison between Honda Marine and dealers to resolve customer relations issues promptly.

Qualifications

• College education in business or an industrial field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Vocational or marine technical training education is desirable.
• Three years of technical experience with management experience in retail/wholesale marine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical service support and education to marine dealers.
• Travel to dealers to enhance dealer service efforts and customer satisfaction.
• Educate dealership personnel on Honda Marine policies and operations.
• Support Techline activities and gather marketplace feedback.
• Serve as liaison between Honda Marine and dealers to resolve issues.
