Job summary

Garmin Ltd. is seeking a full-time Project Manager 2 Engineering - Marine at our U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will manage medium-to-large engineering projects, develop and execute project plans, and report status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include driving project closure, supporting process improvements, mentoring less-experienced Project Managers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline AND a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Manage medium-to-large engineering projects of average complexity, developing and communicating project scope, milestones and decisions
• Drive projects to closure with risk mitigation and status reporting
• Provide mentoring to less-experienced Project Managers
