Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Marine Dealer Development Representative to grow and support our marine dealer network across the Upper Midwest. You will build relationships, onboard new dealers, and drive parts and service revenue while ensuring exceptional support for marine solutions.

The role covers portions of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri with ~50% overnight travel, requiring a proactive sales mindset and strong industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales/territory management or dealer development experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to travel approx. 50% overnight in the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with marine dealers and distributors.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new dealer partners within the territory.
• Drive parts, service, and product sales growth across the dealer network.
• Provide dealers with product information, training, and support.
• Coordinate dealer trainings and education initiatives.
