Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Marine/Recreational sales or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel at least 60% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mercury Marine dealers and prospects.
• Coach, consult, and grow sales, market share, and profitability.
• Travel to dealer locations, boat shows, and events; utilize CRM and data to identify opportunities.
• Work with inside account reps, service, and credit to hit territory goals.
• Attend Mercury events and represent the company professionally.
