Qualifications

• Proven success in marine construction, port facility, dock/pier or waterfront civil projects at a Director level.
• Extensive relationships across port authorities, terminal operators, energy/petrochemical owners, and maritime engineering firms.
• Deep understanding of piling, bulkheads, cofferdams, docks, and terminal civil integration.
• Ability to assess pursuits through an operational lens including marine logistics and environmental windows.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across port authorities, private terminal operators and marine engineering partners.
• Lead pursuit strategies for major waterfront projects, guiding go/no-go decisions and resource allocation.
• Convert relationships into invited bids, ECI and negotiated EPC or Design-Build contracts.
• Align proposals with marine operations, engineering, and fabrication teams considering tidal constraints and permitting windows.
• Maintain pursuit visibility and forecast margins, fleet utilization, and commitments early in the cycle.
