Pcgrecruit seeks a Director of Business Development – Marine & Port Facilities to drive growth with port authorities, terminal operators, and waterfront clients. You will shape and win complex marine infrastructure, berth construction, and terminal development projects through disciplined pursuits and fleet leverage.

You will lead pursuit strategies, manage relationships with port directors and engineers, and ensure proposals consider tidal, environmental, and schedule constraints while

Formación

• Proven success winning marine construction, port facility, dock/pier, or waterfront projects at a director level.
• Strong relationships with port authorities, terminal operators, and maritime engineering firms.
• Deep understanding of piling, sheet bulkheads, cofferdams, and terminal civil integration.
• Ability to assess pursuits through an operational lens including logistics and environment windows.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across port authorities, terminal operators, and marine partners.
• Lead pursuit strategies for waterfront projects, guiding go/no-go decisions and JV opportunities.
• Convert relationships into invited bids and negotiated EPC or Design-Build contracts.
• Align proposals with marine operations and environmental windows and schedules.
• Maintain pursuit visibility for executive leadership to evaluate risk and resource commitments.
