Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort is seeking a Marina Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient operation of all wet services and dock management on site in Marathon, FL. You will coordinate dockhands, manage fueling and maintenance, and ensure high safety and service standards while training the marina team.

The role requires experience at a luxury marina, strong boat-handling skills, and a professional, guest-focused approach. Weekend and on-call coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim and perform live-bait procedures when required.
• CPR and basic first-aid training or the ability to obtain promptly.
• Minimum one year of experience at a large-scale luxury marina.
• Strong experience handling boats of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance, repair, and housekeeping needs; set priorities and schedules.
• Maintain checklists for maintenance, fueling equipment, docks, and safety gear.
• Operate within budgets for maintenance activities.
• Maintain wet-slip rental inventory and dockside operations.
• Manage fuel, ice, bait, and oil retail inventories.
• Oversee maintenance supplies, tools, and spill response equipment.
• Train dockhands and fuel attendants; coordinate during storms or emergencies.
• Perform marina store duties and write sales tickets.
• Enforce harbor regulations and liaise with Coast Guard and authorities.
• Support marina events and special functions.
