• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily operations, forecast sales and labor within budget.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct staff.
• Maintain records and manage cash, P&L.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe facility environment and maintenance of docks/equipment.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, scheduling, and revenue collection.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and risk management.
