You will work closely with reservations to maximize slip rentals and boat activity, while guiding guided lake tours and ensuring guest satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.

The role requires 3+ years in marina/recreation, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Marina/Recreation industry.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability and leading by example.
• Ability to start and manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience launching boats with attention to safety and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily marina operations and supervise staff.
• Train marina staff on operations and standards.
• Manage dock maintenance, rentals, and boat storage.
• Organize weekly staff schedules for proper coverage.
• Coordinate boat rentals and lake tours with reservations team.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of marina areas.
• Assist guests with docking and launching boats.
• Maintain and inspect boats and related equipment for safety.
