Safe Harbor Marinas in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support Sales Account Manager, Marina Manager, and Logistics Manager with communication, paperwork and follow-up for vessel arrivals.

You will collect insurance paperwork, obtain signed Boat Handling Agreements, manage work lists, upload documents into CRM, and coordinate with accounts to ensure smooth dockage and vessel readiness. Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Account Manager, Marina Manager and Logistics Manager with communication and paperwork for vessel arrivals.
• Collect and ensure proper insurance documentation and Boat Handling Agreements.
• Upload documents into CRM and communicate vessel arrivals with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to assign vessels to managers and confirm dockage availability.
• Provide information and support to members and staff; perform routine administrative tasks.
