Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Service Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Service Team in a fast-paced marina environment in West Palm Beach, FL. You will help manage tasks, schedules, and critical reports while ensuring smooth department operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with experience in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn proprietary platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with and basic fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Intermediate level computer skills with the ability to learn various software platforms.
• Prior marina experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Team, manage day-to-day tasks and reports.
• Support scheduling efforts and assist in preparing critical reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Trade Managers and Scheduling Team on time punches, schedules, and tasks.
• Prepare and distribute service-related reports and maintain communication with managers.
