Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC, the world’s largest marina operator, is hiring a Customer Experience & Parts Coordinator at Safe Harbor Marina Bay to manage the customer, administrative, and parts side of a busy marina service department. You’ll be the person who helps keep boats, information, and parts moving in the right direction.

This role blends office coordination with hands-on tasks, coordinating schedules, ordering and tracking parts, and communicating with customers and technicians to keep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Service calls and determine customer needs.
• Assist customers who visit the Service office.
• Gather complete Service information at first contact.
• Coordinate Service Request forms and follow up on missing items.
• Set clear expectations and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Handle routine questions to reduce escalations.
• Ensure proper routing to Service Writer or Technician when needed.
• Maintain accurate service and vessel records, forms, and parts data.
