Job summary

The Dockhand Crew Leader at Guest Services, Inc. oversees all Dockhands and assists with marina services, quality control, and cash handling while maintaining a clean, safe dock area.

You will assist boaters with fueling, docking, and ensure smooth operations under the DockMaster's guidance. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to swim or wear a flotation device, CPR/First Aid certification, and the physical stamina to work outdoors in marina conditions.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service skills within a marina setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Must be able to swim or wear a flotation device.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dockhands and ensure tasks are delegated and completed promptly.
• Fuel boats safely following procedures.
• Pump out boats as part of marina services.
• Maintain marina upkeep: cleaning, organizing, supplies, and waste removal.
• Deliver excellent customer service and escalate issues to supervisor.
