Responsibilities

• Oversee Dockhands and ensure tasks are delegated and completed promptly.
• Fuel boats safely and pump out boats as needed.
• Maintain marina area: cleaning, weed control, trash removal, supplies ordering.
• Provide excellent guest service and direct issues to supervisor.
• Assist with docking of boats and cash handling at the point of sale.
