Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC seeks a Marina Dockhand to assist with mooring, fueling and exceptional guest service. You will help train dockhands, support the Dockmaster, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with marina policies.

The role involves operating vessels and equipment, securing boats, connecting utilities, and expediting guest requests while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years marina experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in basic English.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dockmaster to ensure dockhands follow marina policies.
• Assist in training dockhands per marina policies.
• Support the preparation and execution of marina worklists.
• Perform routine daily tasks and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with securing boats to docks and connecting utilities.
• Provide high level of customer service and expedite guest requests.
• Operate boats, motor vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Support marina/security teams and report disturbances.
• Assist refueling operations and ensure safe fueling procedures.
• Provide marina maintenance and general service to guests.

Job SummaryMarina Dockhand is responsible for assisting with daily operations, including mooring, fueling, and customer service.
