Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Marina Administrative Manager for the Ocean View properties in Marathon, FL. The role coordinates between property, accounting, and operations to maintain accurate financial records and provide excellent customer service onsite.

The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree (preferred) with at least five years in progressive office management or bookkeeping, strong English proficiency, and willingness to be reachable for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently.
• Associates’ Degree preferred with progressive office management or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required for daily interactions.
• Ability to coordinate with HR, accounting, and operations across properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial statement components to ensure timely month-end close.
• Oversee processing and reconciliation of daily deposits (ACH, cash, credit card, checks).
• Collaborate with HR for hiring, onboarding, promotions, terminations and employee changes.
• Track, update, and collect contracts, insurance, and registrations as requested.
