Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Marina Administrative Manager for Ocean View in Marathon, FL. You will serve as the liaison between property operations and accounting, ensuring accurate revenue and accounts payable data feed into the company's systems.

You will represent a professional image and manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced marina environment. The role requires strong communication, at least five years in office management or bookkeeping, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; five years' experience in progressive office management or bookkeeping.
• Must speak/read/write English fluently.
• Available for 24-hour telephone contact for emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate assist with processing and confirming all components of the monthly financial statement to ensure a timely month end close.
• Oversees the processing and reconciling of daily deposits (ACH, cash, credit card, and checks).
• Collaborate with the company’s Human Resources department to ensure accurate and timely hiring, onboarding, promotions, employee changes, and terminations.
• Assist with the tracking, updating, and collection of all contracts, insurance, and registration as requested.
