Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide accounting support to the Business Manager, focusing on AR tasks and member assistance. You will process and reconcile AR, collect payments, and support general ledger activities.

Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 2 years' relevant experience, and strong MS Office/Excel skills. This role requires excellent customer service and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounting department with daily, monthly, and annual activities and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure charges are accurate and payments timely.
• Respond to member questions with excellent customer service.
• Overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
